…So I can across a problem on my PC just the other day where there was 1 particular update was causing a crash every time it tried to install, but of course I then coiuldn’t carry out any other subsequent updates as there does seem to be an option to specifiy – or so I thought!
Although no built into windows, Microsoft have a small tool that can assist with that “Show or Hide Updates”. Simply, running this tool allows you to hide/unhide any updates that are waiting to be installed.

In my case it was the Intel HD 530 graphics drivers, so on finding the update it in the list and hiding it allows me to contue with the rest of my updates….
